Account Executive

What You Will Be Doing
The Account Executive will prospect and generate leads for new managed services opportunities by actively seeking out and understanding client needs, and propose tailored solutions for remote IT support, field support, infrastructure support, network monitoring, security, and various types of technology deployments. You’ll perform needs analysis by conducting in-depth consultations with prospects to understand their IT infrastructure, pain points, and business goals to identify appropriate managed service solutions. You will engage your solution selling skills by presenting & demonstrating value propositions of managed services, and tailoring solutions to address specific client challenges and needs. You’ll be a closer by negotiating service contracts and pricing terms with clients to ensure profitable deals. Ultimately, you’ll manage the entire sales process from initial contact through qualification, proposal development, presentation, and close.
What You Need for this Position
The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of outside business development and sales experience in the Managed Services, IT Support, or corporate IT Consulting industries, and be formally trained in sales (Sandler, MEDDICC, Challenger, Dale Carnegie, etc.). Experience working with hospitality clients is a big plus.
What's In It for You
This role pays between $75,000 - $200,000 annually with base + commissions and other benefits including Vacation/PTO, Medical, Dental, 401k, Vision, and more.
